Aerial Dance - teens and adults

Adults - intro class required (18+ years)

Adults - intro class required (18+ years)

A one hour aerial dance class where students will learn a variety of dance-inspired Aerial Hammock tricks and a choreographed mini-sequence to music. It will be a journey of emotional release, creativity, laughter, healing and joy. Teens and Adults welcome. Aerial Intro is a pre-requisite.

If you are new to Aerial Yoga you must attend an Aerial Intro class prior to coming to the Aerial Dance classes. Run on the 2nd and 4th Saturday's of the month. 


If you're a teen and can't make a Saturday please email us at hello@oceanairyoga.com.au and we'll work out a way for you to do your intro.

The course will celebrate the capabilities and emotions of our teens, giving them permission to express themselves, to feel strong and beautiful in the art of Aerial Yoga.
