A delightfully playful class where your child will enhance their balance, co-ordination and agility while being fully supported as they explore the wonderful world of Aerial Yoga.

A class designed to engage and inspire our pre-teens, helping them to build strength, confidence, resilience and social skills in the supportive and fun environment of Aerial Yoga.
