ways to start your aerial yoga journey

It is recommended for all new students to complete a two-part Aerial Beginners Course or alternatively students may join any Aerial Restore class. Once the beginners course is complete and a certain level of competence is achieved, students may move into the Slow Flow or Flow classes as they choose in consultation with the teacher. If the course commitment is not achievable at this stage for whatever reason, an option to join an Aerial Teaser class is available however students will be required to only observe any inversions until a beginners course is completed.

Be sure to check the list of contraindications under "who cannot do it" below

aerial beginners course

The two-part Aerial Beginners Course, run over two consecutive Mondays or Saturdays for 1hr & 15mins per session, will ensure you feel supported and safe as you ease your way into the beautiful and healthful practice of Aerial Yoga. During the course you will also have a one-on-one consultation with a qualified aerial teacher where your current fitness levels, goals and aspirations are discussed. This class is suitable for all levels. This class is not suitable for pregnant students.
