As a beginner, there are three classes to choose from. Aerial Intro, Aerial Restore or Floor 'Yoga & Embodiment'. Once an Intro class is complete and a certain level of competence is achieved, students may move into the Slow Flow or Flow classes as they choose in consultation with the teacher. Be sure to check the list of contraindications under "who cannot do it" below.
The 90 minute Intro class will ensure you feel supported and safe as you ease your way into the beautiful and healthful practice of Aerial Yoga. This class is suitable for all levels. This class is not suitable for pregnant students.
A low intensity class of relaxing postures where the silk is lowered close to the mat and students are peacefully guided through a deep supported release. Suitable for all levels and ages. This class is not suitable for pregnant students.
In this class you can expect to feel empowered and joyful within your practice. You're invited to heal and awaken through expansive, fluid, creative expression whilst also having plenty of options and the foundations of Vinyasa Asana to feel grounded and supported. This is not an Aerial class. Suitable for all levels and ages. This class is not suitable for pregnant students.
