It is recommended for all new students to complete a two-part Aerial Beginners Course or alternatively students may join any Aerial Restore class. Once the beginners course is complete and a certain level of competence is achieved, students may move into the Slow Flow or Flow classes as they choose in consultation with the teacher. If the course commitment is not achievable at this stage for whatever reason, an option to join an Aerial Teaser class is available however students will be required to only observe any inversions until a beginners course is completed.
