All students must attend an Aerial Intro class before moving into a Slow Flow, Flow, Dance or Aerial Fit class. New Restore or Sound Bath students do not need to do this class.
The intro class runs 10:30am Saturdays on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month and once a month on a Tuesday night at 7:15pm.
Utilising the silk, you will be guided through the basics of aerial yoga incorporating proper alignment of each asana and an introduction to the blissful sensation of inversions which aid in decompressing your spine and releasing tension. You will be fully supported while gaining an understanding of aerial yoga. It will ensure you feel supported and safe as you ease your way into the beautiful and healthful practice of Aerial Yoga.
This class is suitable for all levels and for beginners. No pre-requisite. This class is not suitable for pregnant students.
A low intensity class of relaxing postures where the silk is lowered close to the mat and students are peacefully guided through a deep supported release. Slow and considered movements designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system blissfully brings you on a journey to support your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Potential for an oxytocin release, produced by contact between swing and body, can enhance feelings of security, trust and wellbeing. This class also aims to improve concentration and mental functioning as well as joint flexibility, mobility and a gentle activation of muscles post training or injury.
Once a month on the first Wednesday of the month the 7pm Restore class will be a combo of Restore and Yoga Nidra. This class will have you floating into a deep rest. Half gentle, supported aerial yoga postures to calm the body and mind, half guided mediation to bring you into yogic sleep. Suitable for all levels - no experience needed.
Suitable for all levels and ages. An Aerial Intro class is not a pre-requisite. This class can be suitable for pregnant students but you must let us know at least 3 days before class.

This deeply restorative yoga style blends traditional Yin Yoga's long-held stretches for connective tissues with the support of an aerial silk hammock, creating a calming, therapeutic practice that uses the fabric for spinal decompression, joint release, and deep relaxation, targeting stress reduction and nervous system reset.
Hammocks are set to a low height and beautifully support you to allow accessibility for deep stretch and release through the body.
Yin yoga targets your connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Yin yoga poses are held for longer periods of time than you would in other styles of yoga which helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.
A great way to bring the team together in a relaxed and fun-filled activity. See people work together and challenge themselves as they build trust and gain confidence within the group. Classes are tailored to your needs. Offering a range of different styles listed. Aerial Yoga Beginner / Introductory Class, Restore Class (silks low to the ground), Floating South Baths, Intro to Dance (more advanced sequencing including flips and tricks. Maximum of 15 students.
