cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend. Classes can be rescheduled up to 2 hours prior to the class start time without penalty. Cancellations will not receive a refund and we therefore encourage you to reschedule your booking 2+ hours prior to class. Cancellations within the 2 hours prior to the class start time will not be refunded and cannot be rescheduled.

PLEASE NOTE: this does not apply to kids term programs or special events. All special event bookings are non-refundable and in the case that you are not able to attend we encourage you to gift your ticket to a friend or family member.
