Danae has been practicing yoga since she was a teenager and also has a background in dance and theatre. She strongly believes that we all have creativity within us, but as we grow up we often hide it away. She uses aerial as a way to unlock that and hopes that she can inspire the same in her students.
Danae completed her teacher training in 2021 with Earth & Air, covering Aerial Yoga, Aerial Yoga for Kids, Aerial Dance Hammock and Aerial Release and Restore. She is very passionate about the mind-body connection and aims to create a welcoming, inclusive space for all students.
