Join us for a special hour and a half of live music and aerial yoga. This Sunday Session at Ocean Air Yoga will leave you feeling energized and refreshed after moving through a gentle style of aerial flow movements accompanied by the ambience of the Handpan. Alice and her soulful, mesmerizing sounds will take you on a journey of breath and movement through tailored aerial yoga sequences that will carry you through 90 minutes of mindful transitions, longer holds and meditation.
This is no ordinary class! It’s a Sunday session catered for everyone and a gentle flow sequence that has been curated with love for the body and mind.
No previous Aerial yoga experience needed.

The lovely Cathy and Catie will be playing their beautiful string instruments live to a meditative Aerial Restore yoga class. What could be better?
Imagine being held in the silk and gently guided through an Aerial Restore class. As you stretch your body, the vibrations of the cello are harmonised perfectly with the violin, shifting energy through the body in a profound and deeply moving experience.

Aerial Dance A eight week Journey through movement, dance and self discovery.
Let's Dance
We are offering a 8 week Aerial Dance Hammock program where students will meet each week to learn a variety of dance-inspired Aerial tricks and a choreographed sequence to music. It will be a journey of emotional release, creativity, laughter, healing and joy. Each week we build on our learnings and create something really special.
