who is ocean air yoga for?

Ocean Air Yoga is for both women and men at varying ages, levels of fitness and with differing goals and intentions. It IS for you:

  • If you’re looking for a way to alleviate muscle tension, neck and back pain* consult your doctor first
  • If you’re wanting to strengthen your core which is essential for good spinal health and posture
  • If you want a fun way to relax and relieve anxiety and stress
  • If you want to challenge yourself by doing something new; putting the body into a novel and challenging environment, like an Aerial Yoga class, can build courage and confidence
  • If you’re stuck on the couch or at the pub but you know there’s more to life than that!
  • If you hate the gym but want to get fit
  • If you can’t stand the idea of group sports, but know your body needs some attention
  • If you’re looking for a way to connect your mind, body and spirit
  • If you saw the ad and it peaked your curiousity
  • If you’re friend said to you “Dude, we’ve got to try this!”
  • If you’re a footy player and want to lengthen and strengthen your muscles
  • If you’re wanting a fun activity for your workplace, for a hens or other social gathering
